General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Conclusion of contract

An inquiry via the contact form or by email does not constitute a binding contract.
The contract is only concluded with a written reservation confirmation by email.

2. Prices and payment terms

The agreed price must be paid on-site, before the start of the service, at the latest – either in cash or by credit/debit card. All prices include VAT and statutory tourist tax.
Services not used will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved appointment.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booking price will be charged.

4. Use of the Spa Suite

The Spa Suite may only be used by the persons specified in the booking.
Excessive alcohol consumption, loud music, littering, or improper use of the facilities will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Late check-in or early check-out does not entitle you to a price reduction or refund.

5. Liability and insurance

Use of the spa suite is at your own risk.
The operator assumes no liability for accidents, property damage or personal injury.
Insurance is the responsibility of the guests.
The operator reserves the right to request proof of insurance.

6. Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
The validity is noted on the voucher.
A cash payment – including residual value in the case of partial use – is excluded.
Vouchers are transferable but non-refundable.

7. Data protection

The provisions of the privacy policy on this website apply.

8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s place of residence.
